This Lesson is a part of Lee’s Master Course: Lee’s Take On Leadership
This course provides students with the understanding that people cannot be reached intellectually if they aren't reached emotionally. In this lesson, Lee explains how storytelling can be a powerful way to teach, as it appeals to people's minds as well as their hearts.

Lee has held various executive positions in the hospitality and entertainment business with Hilton Hotels and the Marriott Corporation before joining Disney in 1990 to open the Disneyland Paris project.

Lee also performs leadership and service excellence workshops and consulting for organizations around the world as well as for the Disney Institute.
Its fantastic. I'm really appreciating learning the philosophy, methodologies, and practices of what makes Disney provide the best customer service and how it makes it the happiest place on earth.
