Learners have the opportunity to listen to legendary, Hall of Fame football coach Tony Dungy as he shares his insights on coaching, framed by his personal experience as both a coach and a father. Through Tony's story, you will discover how a coach isn't just a title, but the embodiment of critical and nurturing guidance all at once.
Tony Dungy is an NFL Hall of Fame inductee. He is a former NFL player and retired NFL coach, most recently with the Indianapolis Colts. During his seven years leading the Colts, he became the first African American coach to win a Super Bowl. He was also one of the most respected and popular NFL coaches in the league. In January 2009, he announced his retirement from the Colts, ending a 31-year NFL career.
Tony’s success was achieved through unconventional means. Tony believes in uncommon methods of coaching and communicating and He is well known for his calm demeanor and relaxed attitude on the notion that, more work equals more success.
